• DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit of the total stay will be required.
• CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel or modify your reservation up to 10 days before your arrival date, the property will not charge you. If you cancel or modify your reservation outside of this period or do not show up, the following charges will apply: 30% of the total stay between 9 and 3 days before arrival, 50% of the total stay up to 2 days before arrival, and 100% of the stay 24 hours before arrival.
